Women Empowerment

Women are the most beautiful creature made by God. Apparently they look sensitive and weak but the truth is that they have power to endure hardships, strength to fight against difficulties and a big heart, which is as deep as the sea, where they hide cruelness of the world and mishaps of the fate but never complain about anything.
This truth has been neglected by the world for so long time. Women are considered as less important part of the society. Their rights have been violated in all the eras. In early times people used to kill their daughters as they born, persecute and humiliate their wives and no proper status was given to women. The situation is still not in hands. Today also, women are suffering a lot. They have been made victim of sexual harassment, domestic violence, marriage and financial transaction, persecution, humiliation, gender inequality as well as gender equality is curse for them.
These problems act as hurdles in every woman's life, stop her to move forward in the society and live life freely as she wishes. A girl's or a woman's life is not her's own but she lives every stage of her life according to the family or the society. From her early years she has been told that she is not important or she is a burden to the family. In most of the places boys are given all the rights e.g. they are sent to schools, but on the other hand, girls are not allowed to acquire education, rather, girls are forced to do household works or to do menial jobs, and this is all due to poverty, backwardness or narrow mindedness of the family.
As she gets young she is forced to get married or to earn for the family. After marriage she bonds herself in domestic life. If she gets marriage in less educated or poor family, then again she has to suffer through domestic violence and mental torture. She has to struggle to give better brought up and good education to her children. Due to poverty and unhygienic living, she becomes ill and unable to take proper care of her family.
The girls or women who go out in the society for education and jobs or who are sent forcefully to earn for the family, they all have been made victim of sexual harassment. There is no protective surrounding outside homes for women, as well as many times there is no safe learning and working environment in schools and workplaces.
In some families women are not given right to have equal share in property. In some families, girls or women are sold in the name of marriage transaction. The existence of women are not given much importance and value in male dominated societies.
In Spite of all these problems women are struggling for their empowerment and raising voice to have all the rights. Every girl or woman of today's world should be given proper education, awareness of rights and training to handle difficult situations in life. In every society, women should be given a respectable status, equal rights and freedom to live according to herself. Women should not be considered as sensitive and weak creature because as a mother she is a protector, as daughter she is the one who helps her parents at every step of life, as a sister she is a supporter, as a wife she is a faithful person and as a whole she is a brave warrior, who never stops struggling.
